What does presale mean?
At Azariah Beauty, all hair extensions are sourced fresh per order — meaning we don't keep large amounts of stock sitting in a warehouse. When you place your order, we reserve your texture specifically for you and source it that week. This ensures you're always receiving hair at its freshest and highest quality.
When will my presale order ship?
Presale orders ship within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number straight to your email.
Will I be charged right away?
Yes, payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your reservation. This guarantees your texture and length are held specifically for you.
Can I still get my order quickly?
Absolutely! Orders are processed every week and we move quickly to get your hair to you. Most customers receive their tracking number well within the 7–10 business day window.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
Reach out to us before placing your order and we'll let you know if your timeline is achievable. We always do our best to accommodate special requests.
Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
We take 7–10 business days to carefully prepare and process your order. Once it ships, you'll receive a tracking number straight to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package in real-time. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or reach out to us and we'll help you out.
My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes take a little time to catch up — this is completely normal! If a few days pass with no movement, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll look into it for you right away.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update your address. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it happen before it goes out the door.
What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
We're so sorry if this happens! First, check with any neighbors or your local post office as packages sometimes end up there. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll work with you to sort it out.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my order?
Yes! We accept exchanges on hair extensions that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition within 72 hours of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my new exchange?
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and get your new extensions sent out as quickly as possible. We'll keep you updated throughout the process so you're never left wondering.
How can I exchange my hair extensions?
Simply contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, arrange return shipping with tracking, and send it our way. As soon as we confirm the condition of the returned item, your new extensions will be on their way to you.
Returns
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
If you need to cancel, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 48 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unfortunately we're unable to process cancellations once an order has shipped.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. If you spot an error before it ships, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it. If the order has already shipped, any additional shipping charges to redirect it will be the customer's responsibility.
What's the return policy?
We want you to love your Azariah Beauty extensions! Returns are accepted on items that are unused and returned in their original, unaltered condition within 72 hours of delivery. To get started, contact us, arrange return shipping with tracking, and once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed promptly.
